I know there has been much discussion on this topic of late but we need to keep up to date.

 

If you have last 7 days experience, please add the price of beer (Singha / Imported):

 

NEP Singha BT ? Liver wasters ?

Soi 23 ?

Soi SC

PP1

PP2

Soi 33 .......................etc ......................

The m prices have shot through the roof!! THe highest i have paid was at black and white gogo 145 for a whisky and coke...I wont go there again....midnight was the norm 90 bhats,,,, and beir gartem soi 7 was 75 bhat!!

ok; my experience from last 2 nights (for local beer, singha or chang):

NEP gogo's 110 baht, foreign beer same

SC gogo's 80-90 baht, some 10 baht more for foreign some same price

PP gogo's 80-90 baht, upstairs 100 baht

washington/soi 22 50-80 baht

NEP gogos seem to have a common price policy; at all other places there are some differences (SC, PP) or each bar has it's own unique policy (washington/soi22)

 

 

soi 33 (not from last 2 nights but from previous experiences):

most bars 80 baht before 9pm, 150 baht after 9pm

with exceptions (office 59 baht for draught beer all day and cave 900 baht)

not really watching too much what the charges are - all I know is that I need to hit the atm's very very often especially if bringing girls to the bars who will almost always order breezers who typically run 150bt even in bar beers!!!

still patpong turns out the cheapest with cheapest drinks at 80 & BF400-450B, whereas many nep bf600...

and what about pattaya? guess gogo's cheaper than NEP and some beer bars in the 50-60 baht area for local beers?
