Palatkik
Anyone know how to display Thai fonts correctly in Thaisofts dictionary (ver4) program menus running on WinXP Pro English Language version with Thai language installed? I can get the dictionary pages to display ok by setting up Thai fonts on the settings tool button, but the actual pull down menus show in unreadable fonts along with the windows help menu for this program. In earlier o/s systems like Win95 English language version they had an extra Thaidriver program one needed to install to solve this. What is needed in WinXP I wonder? Guest
Posted this in a previous thread, you need to change your locale the thai ... here is is anyway: "Start > Settings > Control Panel > Regional Options Then make sure you have 'language settings for the system' with BOTH Western European and US AND Thai selected. Then Make Thai the default (select Thai then click 'set default') Then go to 'Your locale' and switch it from 'Egnlish (United States)' to Thai. It'll copy some system files and promt you to re-boot. I take it you already have already gone to 'keyboard' and added Thai to your input locales."
