simie Posted July 22, 2003 Report Share Posted July 22, 2003 Its around 40 minutes drive from Pattaya and around 1000 baht cheaper each way than the BKK to Samui flight. Are there any concerns with booking a flight from Pattaya to Ko sumui last minute whilst in Pattaya? ie cost, flights overbooked, etc. I am trying to keep my schedule flexible as we all know Thailand can throw some wonderful surprises our way( 4 day drunken stupors ::, a bad case of chicken and noodles leading to 3 days of the runs ::, tumultuous and torrid love affairs :: etc.) that always seem to make planning ahead an obstacle. limbo Posted July 23, 2003 Report Share Posted July 23, 2003 Racer, your best bet would be to book with BKK Airways directly. 2nd Road, going to Big C, just behind the red lights at TOPS, a bit down the road there on the right side. Probably you could change your ticket if you give them at least a days notice. In auguts tourist figures should be up so worthwhile checking with BKK Airways how filled up they are.
