The normal 'reason' for this is the management system or lack thereof, unprogrammed or unprogramable cash registers, and a general mistrust of customers and staff... although the latter comes with the business throughout the world. Competant western management, especially when dealing with farangs, can fix any of these problems. [color:"red"]Note: The above is a blatant self plug.
