There is a Tapar Rd. I have an address for a winch (no.. not wench!) vendor there. 776/1 Ratchada-Tapar Rd., Bukkalo, Thonburi, Bangkok Thailand. I don't know more than that. Never made it there or actually looked for it on the map, as we found they did not have what we needed.
