Hi Brink,

 

it's the pink eggs, when put in the salad, normally they sliced in half and they've got a black colour.

Than it boils down how the salad is made, should be slightly sour and spicey, the combination of the sauce and the eggs does it.

 

Difficult to explain what exactly is in the salad, however, I had this dish in various places and there's one place in Samui that just has the best one.

 

Do you guys have this as well, various dishes taste better in various places.

I've got a few fave restaurants for various dishes. Some meals just don't taste as good in some places.
