I don't know how innovative the software is, but the pc to pc phone always worked better than the alternatives. It's early days but the pc - pstn connections is seems to work fine as well. I've tried a few alternatives and they've been virtually unusable. It's costing me just over 1 euro cent to phone the uk from here in Japan which is great value. so did you have to buy that special (sponsor) headset or is that no longer necessary as long as buying the credits? chilli13 Posted May 2, 2005 Report Share Posted May 2, 2005 yes its danish/swedish guys of kazaa fame who is running this show. now version 1.2 sports skypein & voicemail i.e. one may signup to a pstn number(incl. free voicemail) or voicemail service only in available countries to be extended. however theres many other voip guys out there these days & even some who charge like half price to LOS like voipjet.com etc. question is does anyone else measure up? p.s. to avoid paying 15% EU tax pretend to be from say LOS Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
