After all the negative experiences told lately, here is someting that astonished even me - with my rose-coloured-glasses (hey John Conley) regarding LOS. :up:

 

As I have mentioned, i have changed my trip because of the uncertaincy about closures in Mid Oct. :banghead: :onfire:

 

Within 30 minutes I have changed my international flights (ok, the people attending my mail could be in Europe), my domestic flight, my hotel booking in Bkk and my hotel booking in Lamai!!!! :applause:

 

e-mail sent, immediate reply "Sure Sir, no ploblem sir, here is your new reservation code sir, have a nice trip sir....." :bow:

 

Try this in Krautland! I am emailing back and forth with the water/Gas/Electricity company about a difrence of the humangous sum of ? 12,50 for over 2 month now. Replies, if they come at all, one week after my mails. :cussing:

 

Just wanted to share that with you nice folks :hug:

I went thru something similar. Shifted schedule few week. Had to change:

Limo BKK to hotel

GF & family flight from Chiang Mai to Phuket

van to pick up family at Phuket airport

limo hotel airport.

 

A few emails, 1 phone call, 2 web sites. Done in less than 1 hour. Confirmations from all within 24 hours. It could not be easier!!! Cost change? Nada. :up:
