check_bin_krap
Hotel in Khon Kaen: Chaipat Hotel 106 1/2 Na Nuang Road Khon Kaen, Thailand 40000 Telephone (66)(43)333-055(-64) Fax (66)(43)236-860 Central location, prices about 370 Baht for a single aircond room. I have also stayed at Khon Kaen hotel and Kaen Inn for about the same price. But the rooms there were more run down. More than 4 floors for sure, don't know how many though. Cheers!
