The shorter list would be that for places that don't allow it. Although the gov, went all Singapore about it last year, there were few places that it wasn't a problem getting doused by a bunch of drunken morons. That is not to say water won't come through an opening door. I think you either hate Songkran or love it. If you have never done Songkran I suggest Pattaya , it gets absolutely insane . Other people will say CM, but I have never been there , so Pattaya is for me. I missed last year; did they really succeed in outlawing the PVC pipe water guns?
