keekwai Posted January 29, 2004 Report Share Posted January 29, 2004 I agree outbound traffic is something to be aware of. XP firewall does not protect outbound traffic. ZA free version protects computer from unwanted outbound traffic but does not protect if a program masquerades as a legitimate outbound connection. ZA Pro, the paid version apparently does protect from this vunerability by allowing you to increase your level of security after your trusted programs have accessed the internet at least once.
