B5000 to B8000 room or studio?

I once did some research on this place as I was interested in a room. The rooms are situated in two buildings that seem slightly rundown from the outside. The area seems to be a quiet and I found the location/rates really ok. Its price range attracts a mixed crowd consisting Thais, Westeners and Africans.

Nung pan korp khun karp. I followed the link you posted and am now a resident. Though kind of out of the way, at B2600 for an A.C. room, I couldn't pass it up. Do you live there now? I definatly owe you enough beverage to cause a small headache. Send me a PM me so I can contact you and say thanks in person.
