Meaning - because of your karma (what you did in the past), this is what you are getting. It is a negative expression like Fly said. But I don't think the word 'destiny' or 'fate' should be used here since they give you a sense of uncontrolling consequenses. But 'karma' is the effect of what you have done. I mean who would want an incomprehensible signature? But you guys spared me having to point out the poor transliteration.
