Belem Posted April 14, 2004 Report Share Posted April 14, 2004 Obviously, Bangkok gets a lot of tourists on a short stopover and hence the high prices and hardcore girls with short time attitudes compared to Pattaya, which has a loyal following familiar with what the correct prices are. Before people have a go at me, Bangkok has a lot of return visitors who know the score, but there are many more tourists there on a short stopover who throw their money around and spoil the prices. Their justification for overpaying is "I'm only here for a few days, and 4,000 baht all night is cheaper than what I would pay an outcall escort for all nighter back home in the West."
