My own personal prize for the worst 'Thai' restaurant (and I've said it before) was The Pink Elephant in Edgware around about '96. It was just the local chinese that had been 'done up with not a single Thai dish on the menu. It was absolutely awful - really bad. Edgware (n): The place where you end up in if you fall asleep on the N19 night bus. Edgware (v): to fuck up very badly as in 'I really Edgwared that situation.
