Guest Posted September 3, 2001 Report Share Posted September 3, 2001 I used to know a guy that was producing these along with loads of other documents.He used to produce them on his PC and supply them to the stalls on Khao san Rd. Stickman Posted September 3, 2001 Report Share Posted September 3, 2001 If you go and have a look at some of the poast issues of the Stickman Weekly, particularly about 6-7 weeks ago (they are all back online), you will see a piece I did about this guy. I even went to lengths of emailing the US and Canadian Automobile assoicaitons about it and they confirm that these licences are BOGUS! Doesn't mean a lot, the Police are happy if you produce a Block buster membership card. But where it does matter is in the event of an accident (your fault or not), unless you are squeaky clean in terms of having the correct documention you will get done.
