SB I think just semantics, but aren't sports, country, S&M all just themes? I could own and operate something along the lines of Gullivers that caters to many different groups of locals and tourists and has better long range potential given it's size and location. For me, would be hard to keep a good business head screwed on tight, in that environment. Did i say "hard"?.... I meant "IMPOSSIBLE"!
