Lot of Vietnamese working girls there and I understand the VN government does not appreciate sex tourists. I don't know how much you have traveled but I would recomend Bangkok as well. Why stick to the Vietnamese gals, I like Surin babes who often have a lot of Khmer blood and seem to have a lot more heart than other Thais! To be fair, there were plenty of slender, dark skinned young ladies wandering around Makati but in the bars they were mostly fat, oldish and had dropped too many babies.
