" ............................................................ Cuba has been successful in containing AIDS, but at what costs? During the 80's they had compulsory testing of thousands, those who tested positive were interned and isolated. Hardly an approach which would be accepted in democratic countries. The effect of mass tourism has yet to be seen there when it comes to AIDS infection, as its just in recent years tourism has been big. So its not relevant to compare it to Thailand.
