I'm aware that depending on season, one coast may have more rain than the other, which would be the most pleasant climate? I am not looking for nightlife, except for maybe a drink after dinner, certainly not looking at Bars or so. Ko Chang? Krabi? Any other suggestions? I just received an email back from a resort in Koh Kood saying that the island may not be reachable during September due to typhoon winds. Basically, they would not accept my reservation request!
