Cannot get any sensible answers from anybody in her family re the diagnosis. She goes to the hospital regularly for medicine, so I was told. Only 30 baht, family thinks it's good treatment and a good deal. Grateful to PM. Daughter is visiting us in BKK for a few days. I looked at her medicines: they are merely vitamin B tablets and electrolyte replacement powders! Anybody have a recommendation for a decent Thai oriented hospital in BKK where she can go for a good liver screen/blood screen, maybe ultrasound if needed? I'd prefer to avoid the higher prices at Bumrungrad (and the intimidation that the family would feel there). I've heard St. Louis on Sathorn may have a decent hepatology dept.
