Yeah, it sounds like an expensive, painful hassle, (I sepecially don't relish the idea of sitcking yourself) but comparing to what might have happened if you did not take the situation into your own hands and get another opinion, this is small potatoes. Good luck - I hope you get back to normal, and can stop taking the thiner and anticoagulant soon.
