Iwould say something like "rao doo kan korn pai korn", or "rao khuan tjeh doo kan korn sek pak/eek noi", or khuan tje yeak taang sek pak". There are some that are ambiguous/confusing. If they were in Thai then all would be clear, but having Thai come out on this board now is iffy at best.
