Incidentally did you know that 75% of roll-your-own tobacco is smuggled into the UK......Can't think why when it cost £5 for a 25g (1oz in old money) for Golden Virginia but in belgian it costs £2 !!! What the hell happened with EC tax harmonisation::.Living not to far from the ports as I do I very seldom pay full price for a pack of smokes.The more tax the government puts on,the stronger the black market gets!
