Steve Posted March 31, 2005 Report Share Posted March 31, 2005 The state of Texas is proposing possiblly legislation whereby Texas schools will not participate in any sports that don't have a play-off system. Actually, this wouldn't change things much. Many of Texas' top players have been going out-of-state for years to help other state's schools win National Championships (Nebraska and Oklahoma typically have more Texans on their starting rosters than in-state products).
