samak Posted April 23, 2005 Report Share Posted April 23, 2005 agree with Zorro on that. i have not seen so many shady characters at any other place than Pattaya and Angeles City in the Philippines. when i first came to those places i chatted up a couple and it is amazing, how many can't return home as they would face a jail sentence in their homecountry and it is also amazing how outspoken they are about this fact. they must feel pretty safe at those places!
