Hey guys,

Any of you had problems with snoring? I know that if I drink a bit too much, I start snoring like a freight train. This could be a problem if you're on a LT no? Normally I try to sleep on my side and that usually keeps me from snoring but if I'm a bit smashed, ROOOOOOAR! tongue.gif" border="0 Any have similar experiences or remedies?

Yep - I roar like a freight train too.

The best therapy I've had so far is the aversion therapy supplied by my regular g/f - a sharp elbow in my ribs!

The old 'save all' Bangrumrad Hospital pops up again as I believe they have a sleep dosorder program on offer.

There's another product, available via the Internet at

www.snoremd.com

I had a brief snoring problem a year or so ago. I'd sustained a slight back injury and had to sleep in a funny position for a few months. Mrs. PhordPhan got sick of it and purchased a bottle of these pills. She says they work wonders. The snoring stopped in a day or two. Don't need them now, but have them on hand, just in case.

Of course, too much alcohol and you have every right to snore. Right? laugh.gif" border="0laugh.gif" border="0
