My Grandma made boiled chicken, served with noodles, saurkraut, applesauce or vegetable. I don't think she would have liked garlicy sweet hot sauces, like khao mon gai sauce, with boilded chicken. You never know. It's kind of like duck sauce you get with egg rolls at chinese take out in USA.
