Since mo moderator does, I will give the advise to search the site, many comments about this. In any case, it is available in lots of pharmacies, certainly around the nightlife scene. Costs about 500 baht for one 100 mg tablet. Do not take a whole tablet but experiment with one quarter first etc. When you have heart disease or could have, or any important medical illness, seek medical proper advise first. It can not be combined with certain cardiac drugs, can be life threatening if so. If going to a pharmacy, be discrete. If many people around,the pharmacist or sales person may not give it, since it not legally allowed to do so without prescription, but it is available.
