Bt30k for the month seems high but it still works out at only Bt1000 per day. I suppose if you wanted to "live" there, you could improve on that. Nevertheless, I don't need UBC to survive and I'm quite amazed at how many times this comes up, including some of my friends when they ask me to sort them out a place to stay. The Bella Vista 33,000 per month for a deluxe room which gets you two balconies and two rooms plus breakfast. Brand new upmarket place with internet, fitness centre, pool jacuzi. If you don't mind paying a bit more this is a great place." PR>>> I've read reviews on another list that says the Sunshine Vista Serviced Apartments on Soi 3 is either comparable or better than the Bella Vista. Same price range. About 2 years old.
