Last time this happened, I got a Doctor to burst them then the creamed made them go in 2 or 3 days. Dont really fancy sticking a pin up my arse so does anyone know a reliable clinic in the Sukhumvit area that would help. Forgive the pun but I do not really want to phone Bumrungrad Hospital and say I have a problem with my arse. This is for real , I cant shag at the moment as it hurts too much. Get you ass (arse) over to Bumrungrad and get it taken care of! You can make an appointment on-line at: Bumrungrad Hospital The type of specialist who deals mostly with problems of this nature is a surgeon. Ask to see one. Usual treatments are injection, banding which shrinks the piles by cutting off the supply of blood and surgery, also less popular cryo and laser treatments. There is also a newish treatment called DGHAL see www.keysock.com I had a really bad attack in Dec and sent away for a cryo stick off the web, but by the time it arrived the pain had eased off as it usually does within 4 or 5 days. I am due to go in hospital in UK in a couple of weeks for another treatment, not sure what yet. Taking lactalose helps as it softens stools, constipation is a major cause and makes the condition worse. Creams are pretty much a waste of time-might as well stick butter up your arse! Damn I got em, but try to take care of them as best I can. So far doing ok. Witch Hazel on a big gob of cotton, gives immediate comfort. Got that from a surgeon.
