However, I want to be away from the action, with a nice sea view in a nice quiet hotel. The sea view is essential. Any recomendations? chelseafan Posted August 1, 2005 Report Share Posted August 1, 2005 Pattaya Centre Hotel ? on Soi 12'ish I think, a little bit pricey at around 1300 baht a night, but its one of the tallest hotels and has a great view of the bay...and its about 20 metres to the beach....far enough away from Soi's 8, 13 and Walking Street or if you ditch the broad, its near enough.... Prosal Posted August 1, 2005 Report Share Posted August 1, 2005 I used to go in the Central Wong Amat on Naklua for some romantic retreat with a GF. It was a perfect haven. Now that it's demolished, and if I'd have to look for the same kind of 'peaceful place with atmosphere', I'd choose Amari without an hesitation. BTW, balconies and sea views are just perfect in ....
