It gets harder than normally and stays hard until you come. It works best after 1 hour but for me it also helps in the morning after sleep. I take prescription medicine against too high blood pressure but that does not seem to be a problem. I bought 100 mg viagra in Pattaya for 600-650 Baht but it may be cheaper in BKK. I bite off a piece equal to about a quarter of a tablet...so I'm using 25mg..and it works for me.However a work colleague reckons they are hit or miss.Viagra itself is over twice as expensive. Where in Bangkok can you buy the Indian clone for Bht130? I will certainly try. On another topic I appreciate the comments on condoms.Those I hastily grabbed in a 7/11 in Bkk were much too small. So if for some reason you are not turned into sex, it will not necessarily increase the appetite for it. If you have a normal healthy libido, it may make you more horny. It does allow you to become harder than you normally would given the same stimulus. In other words if everything works just fine already, you won't get any harder than you normally do... it just doesn't take as much stimulation to reach a full erection. Works great if all you can find tonight are ugly girls. As mentioned previously it can cause nasal congestion. My sinuses open up when I have an orgasm and sometimes I sneeze when I am aroused. So when I take Viagra I have to take a dose of Sudafed. If I don't my sinuses feel like they are going to pop. My face will get red over my cheeks as well. 25mg is plenty if everything works fine. Viagra doesn't increase pleasure if you can keep it up as long as you want as you say. I've mixed it with alcohol.
