Sleep Talking

I am pretty sure most of us with kids have heard them mumble at night while having dreams.

I can remember Jing-Joe's first nightmare, she woke up terrified, and took us ages to calm her down (age about 1 1/2 - after her first swimming lesson!)

However last night I was sound asleep when she decided she'd get out of her cot and sleep on top of me.

Not beside me as is normal, but ontop of me!

This is when I discovered she had gone to bed in her "Fairy" outfit, complete with coathanger wngs now digging into me.

As soft as I have grown (The motorbike ladies even called out to me yesterday I when was I having the baby) it still hurt.

So I eventually rolled her off me, to have her mutter away.

I told her to stop talking but to sleep.

Suddenly she points to a spot above her and says very clearly.

A B C 1 2 3 4 5 A B C D G F (Spells like her dad) 1 2 3

She was very clearly sleep talking,

Was quite funny to watch at 3am,

Just glad I don't, imagine

Hi dog,

Can you be sure you don't? :chili::help:

For a period, my daughter (around 10y.o.) would quite often get up sleep walking. It was very starnge, but after a while she stopped. I guess kids go through these phases as they are growing. It must be a lot of strain on the system.
