The story is from the October 6th web version of The Nation. -- (start of article) PM's trip to the south greeted by two blasts Published on Oct 06 , 2005 Two explosions injured nine people last night in front of a karaoke bar in Narathiwat's Sungai Kolok district, an hour distance from where Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra is spending the night in Joh I Rong district. The explosions occurred hours after Thaksin paid a visit to the home of suspected militant Masae Useng with Bt5 million bounty for masterminding the raid at the army base last year which led to the outbreak of violence.
