naughtyboy Posted October 12, 2005 Report Share Posted October 12, 2005 There are also likely to have long lines at immigration as I discovered on my last trip when arrival time was Friday at 3pm. :: The traffic in Sukhumvit is murder especially on a Friday afternoon so I agree with previous poster that it is far less hassle if you get a bus from Mor Chit and not Ekkamai. pattaya127 Posted October 12, 2005 Report Share Posted October 12, 2005 I'd say it may take one stupid hour and a half to get out of BKK til' the expressway, built atop the old route, then things will get quicker. I bet for 4 hours to get you there, with one unknown though. Someone from the Royal family may be on the way there, and police will stop traffic for the motorcade.
