Tiger Moth
Suggest you read my recent post on Bumrungrad. I have communicated via e-mail with someone who had a Total Disc Replacement performed by Dr. Wicharn at the BNH Hospital Spine Center. His early results have been excellent. While I have not had surgery, I have also been happy with Dr. Wicharn.
Tiger Moth
Just to add, although BNH and Bumrungrad are relatively inexpensive compared to the US, they are quite expensive for Thailand. However, you should be able to get a very good estimate of what your charges would be. Be sure to make sure the estimate includes all hospital fees, medications and physician fees. NO way- well, thats my take on it.. showed up to draw blood, had tray/lid ( like from autoclave) with syringe and screw on needles, assembeled the works and did the job. not saying it is not sanitary, just not the same standards as I am used to.
