FAT_AUSSIE Posted November 20, 2005 Report Share Posted November 20, 2005 I do believe it's possible to purchase land in a juveniles name in Thailand and the parents either one or both can only have a say in the property being sold should either one of the parents be "of need". Q: Has anyone bought land in their kids name? if so how did you go about it? I'm led to believe the child needs a bank account and the funds for the purchase need to come from this account and be evident where the money originated from??? Am I on the right track?
