whcouncill Posted December 2, 2005 Report Share Posted December 2, 2005 Ok. Here we go.....a friend of mine is tryig to bring her bf from Country X to the UK for a tourist visa and got rejected. They are gonna have an appeal. What advice would you have for them? What type of questions might they have on the oral appeal. Anybody ever been thru that appeals process? I knew you all might have went or know about similar experiences so I passed the questions she was asking me to you all. Thanks for any comments. Paz. paul101 Posted December 2, 2005 Report Share Posted December 2, 2005 obviously got rejected because the embassy were not convinced he had a good reason to return such as a job.
