Reminds me a few years back, I was in the elevator in the Dubai Sheraton and three sweeties stepped in...they asked me, in perfect American English where I thought they were from...I looked closer...bleached/streaked blonde hair...very short skirts and low cut tops...hmmm...I knew they were not from California but I told them they looked like they were from California!!! They giggled and said they were from IRAN!!! They said when they go "out of town" the black sheet gets put aside and they party!!! Read an article once about a Saudi girl drowned in front of the entire family in the swimming pool for flirting with westerners. One of her friends also caught was never seen again. There are major honour issues for hubbie here so sometimes the only way to save face is by killing the missus. All perfectly legal of course. I gather that the gal's mama met one of Osama's brothers when they were studying together in California. Mama has written a book about her miserable experiences living in Saudi.
