I have booked into Harr's beach house, or hotel, for 5 nights, i think it is on whats called soi big one, supposedly close to the beach(although there web site actually says great sea views). sayjann Posted January 8, 2006 Report Share Posted January 8, 2006 Hi. i can only give info from 6 Months ago and i'm sure there must be someone who has more recent knowledge. while the Beach Road had been cleaned up very well after the Tsunami i thought that going from Bangla(turning left when you faced the Beach)was a big building site. the Hotel you are thinking about is in this area and i found it very noisy and dusty. hopefully things are better now and things back to normal. i have always preferred to stay at the other end of Bangla,along Rat-U-Thit Road.
