thalenoi
Every two days or so we go shopping fresh food at the morning local market. I see lots of fish (since we are at the sea), but the gf limits her buying to just 3 fish she knows how to coock (deep fried which I don't like too much, barbequed or steamed, she is not into butter baked). Since I am not a fish specialsist neither I was wondering... I see the fish selling ladies fileting small fish in their spare time and we have no idea what to do with them. I see them fileting two different fish and the bigger ones really sharpen my appetite. I plan too just bake them in butter. any ideas or experiences in fresh fish from the market? bust
Depending on the fish we often get fillets and slowly cook them in a pan in coconut milk, lime and a bit of lemongrass tastes mighty fine and dead easy.
