Airlines Lose 30 Million Bags In 2005

I use cartons instead of luggage for check baggage;

 

never lost anything, but one time someone ( probably baggage or customs ppl) got inside and opened a laptop computer and busted the screen ( was obvios it took some effort to do it).

 

I have had them xrayed at bkk airport a few times ( on arrival) but no real hassell.

 

as for the 30 million missing bags, I wonder how much of the stuff not returned ends up on ebay?
