SoiledCowboy
Haven't stayed there, but will definitely do so the next visit as I was impressed and had a good look around the facilities, as well as using it as a favourite watering-hole. It's in a prime position just a Soi parallel up from Bintbahn and has been totally renovated from top to bottom by the very friendly Aussie owners, there are only 4 basic rooms upstairs, but they're big and very clean and have a fridge etc, it's not the Hilton in that regard, but who wants that sterile atmosphere? There's a laundry and small outdoor area upstairs too. Downstairs is a big bar and outdoor seating area, with a good selection of cool beers etc, and a large pool room with good tables to get beaten at pool with from the freelancers that wander in to try their luck from time to time . Hamokhamok
Thanks for all that information. Freelancers included - might be good value then. I know its guest friendly so no problem there. Do you know i you have to pass the bar area etc when taking a friend home to show her your etchings aka walk of shame? SoiledCowboy
Well yes, kinda, the stairs are at the front of the bar, but if you coming back after the bar has closed, then you use a key to get inside...I wouldn't worry too much...taking ten back to your room a day would only just raise a giggle in that neck of the woods.::
