Ckrisg
Hear so many nightmare reports about Thai landlords, it was nice to find that my Thai landlady just returned my 30k deposit minus a small charge for electricity. No hassle no problems ::

Bangkoktraveler
I had one tell me they would give back my depoisit if I would sign a new lease and pay my last month's rent. I said "Why should I have to sign anything, especially after I had moved out and already had turned in the keys?" They could not figure it out why I didn't pay the last month's rent. What they dd get from me was my deposit minus one month's rent.
