Dumb motherfuckers deserve the government they have. I just can't wait for the next levy breach after another $10 million or so is misappropriated by corrupt N.O. officials. Doesn't anyone get it? Huey P. 'fucking' Long, Edwin Edwards, and now William J. Jefferson, does anyone see a fucking pattern here? The cops are corrupt and some of the worst trained in the country. I spent several years there while attending Tulane. The very first thing I learned was that N.O. and Louisiana in general are as corrupt as most third world countries.
