stumpy
Mayor of Pattaya (guys), I was interested to hear your views on Yensabi. Could you give me a few more details, what is the management company like? And are all sides quiet etc. Any views much appreciated.
Guest
Sarisin ckeck out the Pattaya Mail ads for rentals, you can get a copy in Foodland on Soi 5. If you can't bear to hold paper in your hands anymore try their website www.pattayamail.com. There's a company outside of Yensabai called Pattaya Rent A Room but generally the realtors take 20% in fees. Top floor of Yensabai rents for 12,500 for a studio, 25,000 for a 1 bed but you can get less luxurious places from the management for around 7,000. The management are a bit surly, certainly not the friendliest bunch of Thais, the cable T.V. system (Sophon) is poor too. If you want UBC you have to get it installed yourself and it will only work on the side of the building facing the sea. Other than that it's a good place to live, convenient for Walking St., songthaews to North Pattaya and main roads like Sai 3 and Sukhumvit to get out of town
ALHOLK
Hi! 25000 sounds rather high. I met a Swedish bloke this summer that rented a 70 sq. m. house on soi Aruna Thai for 7500. It's not as conveniently located as Yensabai but not all that far out of town either. regards ALHOLK
