The man and woman were found yesterday at different homes in Naracoorte and have been transferred to the Baxter detention centre. "Both were found to have overstayed their visas and it is also suspected they were illegally working in the area," Senator Vanstone said in a statement. "These people were found thanks to invaluable information from the community." The minister said more than 10,000 unlawful non-citizens or people who had breached visa conditions were found by immigration officials in 2005-06.
