thalenoi
I bought an older type of Nokia for my GF(not the 3310) two weeks ago at MBK 4th floor, "Cellular Phone" is the name of the shop, 02 216 3619. Paid 5.000 baht, comes with 800 baht calling money and an additional 1500 baht within two weeks. I just called her a few minutes ago. Anyway, there are at least 100 shops out there. aussiedoug
Shotover, I have read many times about this 1-2 call card not receiving from overseas. One time I bought the same card and then redirected my o/seas mobile number to it and got all the calls and still had a local number that would ring also. So my experience is that you can receive o/seas calls.

kingkong
quote: Originally posted by AussieDoug: I have read many times about this 1-2 call card not receiving from overseas. I thought the problem was that you couldn't make international calls with the 1-2-call. DTAC also has a prepaid service called DPROMPT.
gummigut
DTAC PrePay New Nokia 3310 el cheapo case to hang off belt 500 baht of time now, 1500 in 15 days (well, may just be 1000 baht. We'll see in 15 days). 09 number MBK shop 7k baht <<burp>>
gummigut
It was another 1,500 baht which I got today. Waited 2 days not 15 to get it, but TIT, lol. So that's 2k in credit I got with my phone. Not bad since the DTAC standard promo is 7,900 for a 3310 with 1,500 in calling credit. <<burp>>
