Just keep in mind the reasons you decided to do this, and you will be successful in the end. On quitting smoking: The first 10 years are the hardest. The next 20, not so bad. 30 years after quitting, the urge is pretty much gone. Agreed, its one of the best things that you can do for your body. The more I get professionally invloved into the bar life the more it bores me!
